Pina Colada Slushee

1/2 gallon vanilla Ice Cream softened
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) can Coconut Cream (Mexican food aisle)
1 (46 oz.) can Pineapple Juice
2 liters Sprite

Combine all ingredients except sprite. Freeze mixture.  Defrost 15-30 minutes before needed then mix in sprite.
